Purpose of the Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all children attending AnMar Educational Development Centre are safe, respected, protected, and supported in a secure and nurturing environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The centre is committed to safeguarding the welfare of every child and ensuring that all staff members understand their responsibility in protecting children from harm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This policy applies to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>all employees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>external collaborators<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>volunteers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>parents while on the premises<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.
